Service Description

This session is for clients who wish to have a one-day session, it offers a gentle, restorative and therapeutic day for those seeking some deeper support. Drawing from Reiki, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy, Guided Meditation, Gentle Massage and Past Life Regression (QHHT Level 2), each session is tailored to your individual needs and intentions. Alongside hands-on healing, the session may include reflective conversation, emotional processing and guided exploration, supported by my training in Counselling Skills and my current studies towards a Master’s degree in Psychology. While I do not offer counselling or psychotherapy, this knowledge allows me to hold a space with care, sensitivity and ethical awareness. A full day session will also include refreshments: (tea/coffee/squash/water/morning pastries if available/biscuits/sandwiches etc). With a full day appointment I block out the entire day so the client does not feel rushed and can relax more easily. They can then move at their own speed and finish at any time (please note the price is per session so the full amount would be payable). Please note: These sessions are holistic and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. If you feel drawn to begin your healing journey, you are warmly welcome to book a session. There is no expectation to commit, simply come as you are, and we will take things gently, one step at a time. Many clients choose to work with me on a regular basis, similar to a counselling rhythm, while receiving holistic, body-based and energy-focused support. If you do wish to move forward with weekly or monthly 2hr Healing Journey Sessions the session may consist of gentle conversation / reflection / intention setting, hands-on or combined healing treatments, a short grounding and close. The price will be £70 for a 90-minute session or £90 for 2hrs, with an extra £20 per 30 minutes depending on availability and your requirements, i.e. either to add an extra treatment or more time talking; whichever you feel would benefit you the most.
