Inspired by the landscapes of North Yorkshire, this piece captures the quiet beauty of an evening as the last light settles across the countryside.  The warm glow of the sun reflects across the water, creating a moment of stillness and connection with nature.

Through soft pastel, I wanted to capture not only the landscape itself, but the feeling of being there, the calm, the warmth, and the sense of coming home to a familiar view.
